We follow a research-first approach: Discovery → User Research → Information Architecture → Wireframing → Visual Design → Prototype → Handover. We don't jump straight into visuals — understanding your users and their goals first means every design decision is grounded in purpose, not just aesthetics.

We handle research as part of the engagement. This includes stakeholder interviews, user persona development, competitor UX audits, and where possible, usability testing with real users. If you already have research, we'll build on it — but we never skip the discovery phase entirely.

You'll receive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, an interactive prototype, a component library, and a design system with documented patterns, spacing, typography, and colour usage. Everything is handed over in Figma with organised, developer-ready files — not a single flattened PDF.

Both. We can deliver design-only handoffs with detailed specs and assets for your in-house or third-party developers, or we can take the project through to full development ourselves. Either way, our files are structured so developers can move fast without constantly coming back for clarification.

Yes — and we often recommend an incremental approach over a full redesign. We'll audit your existing product, identify the highest-impact friction points, and prioritise improvements that move the needle on conversion, retention, or usability without disrupting what's already working.

Before handover we define success metrics aligned to your goals — whether that's task completion rate, drop-off reduction, time-on-task, or conversion uplift. For clients we support post-launch, we run usability tests, analyse heatmaps and session recordings, and iterate based on real behaviour — not assumptions.
